The cover is great - as always - but the inner pages...
"epic space opera", they said. And yes it is ! And it splashes a lot ! I'll buy issue#1, sure.
I read #2 this evening. A good story, with a strong background, and some nice surprises, like AG37 !
Avengers #11
Thor: God of Thunder #8
Wolverine #3 (thank you Mister Davis !)
No more than three, but the best they are !
The trailer is amazing. It really looks like some old World War II movie. And David Watcher's art is great. I think and I hope it'll be a very good series !
I'm not sure. When we look at a strip like that one :

It's obvious that it's not a very good work. The drawing is just sketched, without...
A gooooooooooooooooooood news
"Someone asked about the future of "Star Wars" at Dark Horse, to which Allie responded, "There's no plans to move anything. We talk to Lucasfilm all the time...
X-O is the best from my point of view. And I like Nord's art in the first issues. The worst will come with the #10,11... Alas !
It's weird, no ?
Ok, sorry ! I misunderstood ! And I agree with you. The comics artist must interpret the characters, give them a style, a soul.
I like the first issue. The art is good, and the story is always going forward. It's like a wide flashback, with the explanation of the why and how. The character of the father (and I'm not talking...
The story is following an all new path. And Magno is very good. It'll be a great issue !
Yes, I think it's an explanation. But not an excuse...
I don't know if I'll join the OFFICIAL Dynamite forums, because I can't be everywhere at the same time, BUT I really like Dynamite comics. I read every month The Lone Ranger (I love Esteve Polls'...
Yes, I agree. I read it today, and the coloring is awful. It's very different from the first issues, last spring and summer. It was yet Moose Baumann, but it was better. Very stange...
And, of...
I read it this evening, and I liked it. I agree with the review. I wasn't fan of Peterson's art when I saw the preview on CBR, but when you look at his panels for real, printed on a good old paper,...
And it's very coooooooooooooooooooooooool

Woooh ! I love Hardman's art ! It's efficient, dynamic, with a perfect story telling. A great great artist. It's a pleasure to read him on a Star Wars title.
And I must add : it's a short preview, but intriguing.
"Wait until see who’s in charge of the world and how they’ve ascended to power! "
I agree with the idea that D'Anda "comes from the classic train of thought of adapting the characters for a comic book rather than making them be exact likenesses". And I like that too.
But I...
"Four issues in and this series has not provided a letdown moment yet, giving readers every reason to believe that the Force is strong with Brian Wood and his creative collaborators"
I agree, of...
Dejah Thoris... for the cover
quotation#1 : "the best price we can maintain"
quotation#2 : "List price will range on these from $34.99 to $39.99 depending on a variety of things" :frown:
I agree with all of you : I read the #4 yesterday, and it's a great issue. The plot becomes richer, and asks many questions. For sure, it's the beginning of a very very good run !
