It's not even her raw damage, with her feral crouch after a reset she can put you into a 4-way mixup + the threat of a command grab.

Except Jill's Machine Gun Spray can do decent damage when positioned correctly. Still, it's pretty much a free ticket in. Also, her Raven Spike hyper is a good go to when you want to tack damage on...
