Probably not. Marvel's been saying he's a fill-in and the new creative team comes on with #14. I think we'll be seeing Soule as an ongoing writer on a Marvel book for the next round of Marvel Now...

Even Rucka admitted he doesn't know. I assume it has something to do with Rulk, but I don't know either. Hopefully Soule will explain it. I'm really looking forward to his Thunderbolts issues.
