REVIEW: Aquaman, #14
"Aquaman" #14 may serve as a prologue to "Throne of Atlantis," but this issue feels like Geoff Johns, Pete Woods, and Pere Perez are throwing the series into high gear once more.

It's certainly exciting to see this new story start. That said, there isn't a lot to chew on here and the meat of the story isn't really changing anything beyond our expectation for what the Atlanteans can do.

I miss the light-hearted, self-mocking style of the earliest issues; now it seems like just another big fight book. dropped it from regular purchase after the black manta battle (lost my job, had to cut back some...).

True that this was your basic setup issue it still was a good one.
I have been with this title since the start of the New 52.
Don't think I will be cutting this one any time soon.
