These are the relevant rules:

-Teams are fighting against each other in the designated battlefield. Participants may provide strategies that they think would allow their team to win, while dealing with the dangers of the battlefield. They can also argue against strategies or arguments that they find faulty. It is not strictly required to do so, however, even if it greatly increases the odds of winning.

-No PIS, mild CIS (characters are in character and not bloodlusted per se, but they want to win and so will try their best for the team they are members of, even if they are partnered with enemies (think Batman and Joker being in the same team) or opposed by allies (think one team having Batman and the other having Robin).

-Vote is open to non-participants, if some reasoning is offered when a vote is cast. You must vote on whether you think any given team is capable of solving the scenario or not.

-Voting will close exactly five days from now.

Elric is given detailed knowledge of Middle Earth. He is healed after each battle and the scenario resets. The two opponents are located somewhere in Middle Earth and are hunting each other. Both sides can have prep if they would naturally do so, but this does not prevent the other side from launching an attack while the other is prepping. Neither side can perpetually avoid the other.

No minions or allies allowed, but otherwise each gets standard equipment unless otherwise specified. Elric's magic will work in Middle Earth. He can also try to collect artifacts to help him in his quest (as can his opponents). Victory is either incapacitation due to serious injury or death.
