I logged into Gay.com chat at 4pm (after having not been there in almost two years). .

and although it was not really exciting. . it's now 10:48. . so I was in chat for over 6 1/2 hours?

and I wasn't really having fun?

how the hell does that happen?


One day off work gone. . . . at least I used the whole morning to run errands!

Ok bert, i hate to be a dick in this instance, but i think you are going to agree with me.
You sat on your computer, in a place you weren't enjoying, for 6 and a half hours.
That means you are a sad, sad bastard. Possibly into causing yourself pain for some kind of weird gratification.
But you didn't say you felt gratified.

I don't get it. . .

Probably because Nick was at work, and he went straight home. . so I didn't get to see him today.

but I went shopping today!

I got good stuff. . and instead of watching any of it (Aeon Flux complete series, Batman the Animated Series sets 3 & 4, and Cannibal Holocaust), or listening to any of it (too many CDs to list. . I hit Cheapo used CD warehouse). . .or reading any of my MANY comics. . or even cleaning up. . . I sat in gay.com chat, and talked to boring people. . .

I didnt' even crack it yet (over 6 1/2 hours on gay.com. . ok?)

but it was $28 at Wal-mart (and I had a 100 gift card. . so it JUST about covered the two Batman Animated sets (set 3 & 4 were $34 each), and Aeon flux. . .I ended up spending about $15 of my own money (for tax).

That's what happens when you're too tired to be productive, and when the computer is just sitting there tempting you. I know how it feels.

LOL, I got it, I got it. I just thought you might have already seen it and known.

I would love to get the set but I would like to know if there's finality, or if it just (no pun intended) petered out.
