Mine is to work out more (got to stop watching the tube all the time), and try to be less perverted (which is the one I'll be most likely to break). Any for you guys?

1. Gain ten to fifteen pounds and keep my weight at a healthy minimum.
2. Visit the hatemonger blogs and websites less often.
3. Work on getting over my fear of social interaction.

1. Start writing again. At least some set amount of words/week.
2. Work out some unresolved tension between this girl back on campus and myself.
3. Get a new job.
4. Buy a new car, somehow.
5. Pull myself back up to a 4.0 GPA.
6. Make some progress with the guitar.

1. Go back to school. I have two years I really need to finish. I have a two year degree, so not finishing it out is kind of a waste.

2. Work harder in my MA class. I actually do pretty good with this. I go to class three nights a week, so that's 12 regular classes each month. We also have one really advanced class each month and I try to do one private lesson each month. Still, I think I can do better with more practice outside of class, which means much more sparring with my wife and friends.

3. Get back into really hitting the computer books. I've been slacking on this for a while. I'm still learning quite a bit (mainly from fixing problems at work), but I've really not been studying like I used to.

1. Procrastination and it's allies...will simply not be tolerated.
2. The work I have been issued by the Law School at University is to be done in a satisfactory manner
3. There can be no more indulgance in the darker excesses.

1. Continue diet, and become more serious about it.
2. run in my first organized race of any length (specifically, a 10k race in August).

Mostly social anxiety disorder, along with a little androphobia and symptoms of OCD, though it's not full blown.

Maybe you should resolve to start.

How so? I know that I -personally- am better off without alcohol.

Spend less time trapped at home surrounded by my med books.
Spend more time outside blowing away targets with my rifle.
Spend less time on my feet, more time on my back.

OK, I give up. Here's one: resolve to have a sense of humor. And I'll resolve to post less snark. But, if you're going to post something cryptic, I thought I'd go for the joke rather than just assume you meant child porn.

Now, you can't go posting things like this. I just resolved to post less snark!

GildaFunnily enough, I was thinking of giving 1. and 3. a go, myself. Reading stupid people's ravings is too much fun for me to give up, though.

EDIT- meant to quote Doc Hornyerhehr

I about lost a year of life when I read that.

My only question was whether you, Boldido, Dread, Dox or Slam would get there first.

I actually smelled the blood in the water.

To try and meet an actual person for a date instead of this Internet bullshit. I'm so burnt out on emailing back and forth, back and forth. I'm just gonna go to Barne's and Nobles and hit on the first guy I see standing in the graphic novel section. :D
