He could transmute himself into, well, different things, right? Could someone please give me a few examples, and explain how far this extended? Could he, say, turn his body in a misty like substance and pull himself back together, or what? Thanks ahead of time, it's appreciated.

I don't think it was ever shown if he could change into gaseous elements, but solid elements certainly, particularly metals.

Yeah... I remember a training session where he was doing that. Another Legion member screwed up doing something. Been a looooong time since I read it.

Was he just as good as Pre-Zero Hour Jan? Obviously not as powerful as the 60's version, but was he as honed? Did he have problems with anything?

From what I remember he was just as powerful....just more "flaky" personality-wise.
