Sounds good! I love that JSA Classified is exploring JSA villains. Both in the current story and this upcoming one. Should be pretty interesting.

I've enjoyed JSA Classified so far, and Moore and Gulacy sounds like a great team. I've always liked Vandal Savage as a villain, so I'm hoping this will be good.

. . . Oh, Stuart Moore.

Dang it, I got my hopes up for nothin'.

The cover artist couldn't even draw Alan - period. Not "couldn't draw him right", couldn't draw him AT ALL. That's Hal Jordan - BROWN hair (Alan is blond), circle ring on right hand (Alan's is lantern-shaped and on his LEFT hand) and all.

If that's any indication of the "quality" of this arc, or of how "carefully" everybody "did" their "research", I'm gonna have to pass.

It's a preliminary cover for solicitation. Relax! (Besides, the hair looks pretty green to me.)

This arc goes all the way back to the beginning for both Alan Scott and Vandal Savage. I assure you: I spent as much time looking through ALL-STAR ARCHIVES as I did researching ancient Sumeria. It'll be good!

Best,
Stuart

Mary Tyler Moore, maybe?

Roger Moore, methinks. That cover's right out of Moonraker.

Stuart Moore's a heck of a writer, though. This one will be worth checking out, though I'm not in love with the idea of turning Vandal Savage insane on a permanent basis.
