She wasn't really a prostitute. She was forced to go into hiding with hookers after a robbery gone wrong. Stan viewed Selina as better than his whores and didn't make her work the streets.

Elektra. That's about it.
I didn't mind this one though. She was basically a dominatrix, which explained the costume and whip, and it set up Holly, and Selina's protective/heroic streak.
