What you talking about Lois is mentioned on the solicit for All Star Superman #3. As for the main books, the storyline will just focus on Superman post-IC. It's not like Lois won't be in it.

DC maybe making some bold moves, but they're not gonna scratch an iconic character who'll be in a starring role in a summer blockbuster.

Lois may die in Crisis, but it won't be the one you're thinking of.

Lois is a supporting character. There is no need to mention her in the solicts unless she plays a key role on that issue.

I agree with Young Avenger. Looking at past solicits, there have been tons of issues' solicitations in which Lois isn't mentioned. At all.

But that doesn't mean that she's gonna die.

But with Crisis at hand and the DCU being turned topsy turvy you would think such an important person would be mentioned and play an important part. After all she isn't just a supporting character or some tired old damsel in distress, but a first class reporter, a VIP in the DCU and the fondation Superman's life is built on.

Was she mentioned in the Identity Crisis solicits? IIRC, she wasn't. And IdC was a big event.

All I say is, rest assured. I'm pretty sure that she won't die. Let's wait some more. Perhaps she isn't mentioned in the solicitation text, but she'll appear in the issue. It has happened before. Happened during OWaW, and during IdC.

I see no reason why that would be the case. "And next issue, more smooching between Lois and Superman". When was she last mentioned unless the story didn't revolve around her, like in that "who shot LL?" storyline?

Maybe Lois isn't mentioned because she won't be showing up in the Superman titles. I believe that Kon-El is going to be taking over as Superman after the Crisis...atleast until Kal-El regains his powers. Maybe Kon-El is too busy to have a little chat with Lois when it comes to be one year later.

I have to agree with guys like trickster. Lois is probably not mentioned because she isn't doing anything that needs mentioning.

Besides, i'm sure if DC was going to do anything they would have teased us with a blurb like "Its One Year Later...... and Superman is in exile trying to recover from the greatest loss he has suffered since the destruction of Krypton."
