I was just reading through Infinite Crisis #2 again, and in the scene where the Society are discussing the Marvels, we finally see the alterna-Luthor (who more than likely has something to do with the supposed Big Bad behind the whole Crisis) standing in a darkened room, facing some screens. To his left, and at the bottom left corner of the panel, we see someone in the shadows (a dark filled outline of someone) watching along.

At first, due to the apparent hair cut of the individual, I would have guessed Alexander Luthor ... finally showing some true bad dude colors. But he appears almost simultaneously in the arctic with the Earth 2 characters. And we know this is simultaneously as regular Luthor is listening in on the discussion, just as Earth-2 Superman & Power Girl fly over on the way to meet up with Alexander. Of course, who's not to say that alterna-Luthor is in on the whole scheme with the Earth 2 characters, and that his little "hideyhole" was somewhere in the ice.

Probably not though. Food for thought.

Breach was a character created especially for Infinite Crisis and will have a role in Infinite Crisis.

Breach is connected to Society Luthor I believe.

I know that. My previous post was my lame attempt to be funny.

That's what I thought but wasn't sure...

I thought Breach was originally an attempt to pull a "Byrned Doom Patrol" on Captain Atom, but then The Powers that Be said "nuh-uh, NEW CHARACTER" and went that route.

I was kind of bored by the entire series. The smoking lady wasn't Talia, right?

The "next issue" box said that Breach had one last appearance to make in Infinite Crisis so I'm betting it will come soon...

The shadowed individual is the marvel family villian Chain Lightning. If you look closely your can see that only half her head is in shadow. Part of her blonde hair is seen plus to the left of Deathstroke's head you can see her lips.

Also, Daethstroke mentions her by name when he mentions she and Goth are looking for Mary Marvel. Goth is the guy with the reddish face on the screen to the right of Deathstroke's face.

With the exception of Calculator and Luthor, everyone else who's seen on a screen is nivolved with the search for the Marvels.

So to sum up, the shadowed man is in fact, a woman.

No, I'm talking about the figure in the room WITH Luthor, not the woman on the screen.

Sorry to break the news to you, but Breach is a creator-owned character owned by Bob Harras and Marcos Martin. I don't think he's going to make much impact in the Infinite Crisis series. He's in the same boat as Fallen Angel — DC has cancelled the series, now let's see if it goes somewhere else. It was just a bad series, almost as bad as Harras's run on JLA is now. Ugh. The Breach character looks stupid and the book just isn't even remotely interesting.
Even if Breach does make an appearance in IC, don't expect it to be a major, earth-shaking appearance.

Fallen Angel wasn't creator-owned. DC as a matter of fact gave PAD special permission to go ahead and move the series over to another publisher. What helped is that the title was set out of the DCU. I suspect Breach will definitely play a part in the Crisis, and since DC pretty much owns everything they publish (minus Elfworld, which isn't set in the DCU), then there's a good chance they have a strong say in what happens to the character.

Interesting they would let Harras do that, nonetheless...if it's true.
