"Titans of Tomorrow" synopsis?

Could someone give a synopsis? It seems like the story may be relevant to IC.

In one possible future, the current Teen Titans line-up eventually becomes a ruthless and sort of evil version of the JLA, including an AquaWoman type. Supposedly this future can be avoided if the Teen Titans stay together instead of disbanding.
