Has anyone who ordered this book received it yet? I ordered off of Amazon com and they sent everything in my order except this. Has there been a delay? I hope it still comes out - I remember odering and issue of Comics Pro spotlighting Aparo a few years back and that wound up never being released.

On a related topic, is anone else a little saddened to see no tribute to Aparo in DC's comics following his death? It would have been nice to see a page set aside for him as they did with Julius Schwartz not long ago, at least in the Bat-titles. He was my favorite artist so I guess I am biased...
