Is there a TPB with the origins of Cassandra Cain?

Cassandra Cain is the first Batgirl to really intrigue me. I really like Barbara Gordon, but first and foremost as the Oracle.

Is/are there any TPBs that feature Cassandra Cain's origin story (how she was brought up without learning how to speak, so she could be the perfect assassin)?

Also, what, generally, are good books about Cassandra Cain?

Batman: No Man's Land is an epic crossover collected in five TPB's. I believe that Cassandra's origin is in Volume 3 (I think), and she plays a large role in the rest of the storyline.

There are four TPB's from Kelley Puckett's run as writer of Batgirl:
Batgirl: Silent Running
Batgirl: A Knight Alone
Batgirl: Death Wish
Batgirl: Fists of Fury

Or, you could just as well pick up the TPB's of Andersen Gabrych's current run, which I personally think is the best Batgirl run so far. There are two TPB's:
Robin/ Batgirl: Fresh Blood (the issues of Robin are not very good)
Batgirl: Kicking Assassins
