I'm making the drive into Vegas a little later this month, any suggestions for the playlist for the 4 hour or so drive?

You need highway driving music and entering Vegas music:
Highway: Johhny Cash, Wanda Jackson, Link Wray, some Les Paul, some rockabilly type/Route 66 music. Perhaps some Hank Williams, Buck Owens. Dave & Deke Combo, Big Sandy and his Fly Right Boys. Country Western swing would work.
Entering Vegas (say from Stateline): some Elvis, Sinatra, Dean Martin, Wayne Newton, some ZZ Top, Nancy Sinatra, heck...DL some old Vegas comedy geniuses like Buddy Hackett. Or find the Summit (Frank, Dean, and Sammy). Also the original Ocean's 11 soundtrack by Nelson Riddle. Or go trendy with the Swingers soundtrack or the current Ocean's Eleven (music by David Holmes).

You could get into the lounge act mood with Richard Cheese and Lounge Against the Machine. (http://www.iloverichardcheese.com/clips.html) (His version of Welcome to the Jungle is priceless.)

Sinatra at The Sands
Dean Martin: Live From Vegas - This is the late show, Cats. Seriously, the difference between studio Dino and Dino live is huge. He was the consumate entertainer and it comes through on this cd.
Bobby Darin: Live From Vegas
