I have an idea that Marvel should have had when introducing a character by this name.Visualise all 5 Ghost Rider and all non-Ghost Rider appearances of the Water Wizard.Now visualize a woman or older girl in that orange,black and purple costume instaed of Peter Van Zante.One with a similar personality and history.Perhaps with an Afro of hair the same color as the Water Wizard's.How would this do as a nemesis for today's MARVELous heroes,including today's Ghost Rider?

She'd be a good antagonist for Thing or Gravity, IMO. Ghost Rider is presently too hardcore for someone like this.
