Anyone know if Jayce & the Wheeled Warriors ever came to DVD?

Are the New Thundarians (Pumyra, Lynx-O, Bengali, etc) in Season 2? Haven't caught those issues.

I can't actually remember the themesong to the Silverhawks cartoon. Anyone know where I can find the lyrics?

I've gotten some of it though.

Wings of metal, nerves of steel
Partly metal, partly real
Soaring through the skyways (forgot the rest)

I don't think I've ever heard of it. I do remember the Voltron Lions & space ship crew type.

He-Man, She-Ra, M.A.S.K., Visionaries, Centurians, etc.

And for anime I remember airing on TV. Robotech (All 3 versions ie the veritech fighters, tanks, & the one with the motorcycle.), Sabre Rider & the Star Sheriffs, etc.

Silverhawks lyrics and opening can be seen and read here (http://www.retrojunk.com/details_theme/60/).

There's one DVD released for Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors. Check here (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0001GH70Y/qid=1105553687/sr=8-1/ref=pd_csp_1/103-7330510-9999058?n=507846&s=dvd&v=glance).

I actually do remember watching Tranzor Z but I was more into Robotech (Macross), Voltron (lions/vehicles), and Starblazers (Spaceship Yamato) at the time.

Asian Knight I seen the "Jayce & the Wheeled Warriors" DVD at Roses for $3.33 I have "Ulysses 31" put out by the same company that does the "JatWW" DVD and it has only 4 eps. and they count the forth one as an extra becuse its one more than the VHS has also the transfer is VHS quality if that. So unless you realy want those 4 eps. and don't mind the low quality stay away from it or try to find some place real cheap.

Dan H I remeber "Tranzor -Z (Mazinger Z)" and that girl robot with the breast missiles no DVDs thou.

Well, they do have some OVA's that take place after the Mazinger Z series called Mazinkaiser which star all the original characters. It was out fairly recently too.

In fact there's a number of great 80s/early 90s cartoon that are out on DVD over here. (Sadly with few to no extras.)

Just search the website for a sample.

So Bionic-1 doesn't have super strength? Only super sight and hearing? Bummer.

I just watched the Silverhawks opening and I can't believe how similar they are to G-Force. I never noticed that as a kid. Was G-force supposed to be an influence. The Silverhawks' winged costumes and ship are a direct rip off.

Possibly, but I can't find any info that confirms it.

There's currently a DVD of C.O.P.S. that contains the first three episodes. Check here (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00011ZBBQ/qid=1134271410/sr=1-3/ref=sr_1_3/103-7330510-9999058?s=dvd&v=glance&n=130).

The 2006 release can be checked here (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BY9FU6/qid=1134271882/sr=1-2/ref=sr_1_2/103-7330510-9999058?s=dvd&v=glance&n=130). I'm guessing it's a box set? Amazon release dates aren't that reliable but it'll have to do for now. DVD Planet (http://www.dvdplanet.com/product_listing.asp?productid=63861) is listing the same date as well.

You can view the opening here (http://www.sonicjay.com/cops/cartoon/media.htm).

What's confusing is that when they did that "Bionics On!" Power Ranger-type move, you see an X-Ray of Bionic-1's body, and he clearly has a bionic skeleton. Because of that, as a kid, I thought they all had super strength and speed, but each member had an extra, unique power in addition to that. Kinda odd that's not how it really was, though. If anything it made them more durable: I remember an episiode where Mechanic used a machine gun on them and though it merely knocked them out, the bullets still bounced off them.
