never saw it either. According to a friend who did, xavier left Earth to be with Lilandra. (kinda like what happened in #200 of Uncanny)

Now here's the kicker. My friend and I heard a rumor there was to be an animated movie that would have served as an ending to the series. In it, Apocalypse launches his final assault on mankind and the XMen teamup with several other mutant teams to stop him.

Here's some of the stuff I heard the film was supposed to have;
-Wolverine and Sabretooth have it out at a bar. At the begining of the fight Sabretooth shows off the FoH pin Graydon Creed used to wear, implying he was killed.
-The Mansion is invaded by a host of evil mutants. the fight starts off with the villians fighting several characters from New Mutants and Generation X. Morph gets the alarm off but dies for real in the process.
-the XMen have to team up with XForce to repel the invasion and Cable ends up blowing up the Mansion.
-XFactor appears and Cyclops and Havok finally find out they're related.

Keep in mind this is just a rumor and I have never been able to find anyone who can confirm or deny it. But the fact Xavierr left Earth and Apocalypse returned seems to support the theory.

What was the actual last episode called? I remember the one where Morph returns. And sacrifices himself as the X-Men leave him to die in peace.

Also the one where the phalanx actually came to Earth. Where Psylocke, Angel, Magneto & a few others. Have plotted and revealed to go after Apoc.

And the one where Apoc supposedly takes the body of Fabian Cortez.
