For those who celebrate Christmas.
How many albums and or songs of Christmas music do you own?
Radio if you do not own any Christmas music?
honestly, I love Christmas the most out of all holidays including my birthday and I don't own any albums.... sad but true....:(

The only Christmas Albums I own are a series of compilations of comedic Christmas songs that a friend in San Antonio has been sending me for a few years now. There are few clunkers, but most of them are pretty good. Among the tunes are "Tree's on Fire" (sung to the tune of "Ring of Fire"), "Twisted Chipmunks Christmas" (wherein Alvin and the Chipmunks Christmas song is eviscerated and subsequently buried under a hilarious reworking of "Chestnuts Roasting Over an Open Fire"), "The Restroom Door Said Gentlemen", "Walkin' Around in Women's Undewear," "If It Doesn't Snow on Christmas" (as sung by Joe Pesci!), "Even Squeaky Fromme Loves Christmas," and Tiny Tim's moving "Santa Claus Has the AIDS This Year." Wholesome fun for the whole family!

Kill the turkeys, ducks and chickens
Pour the punch, drag out the Dickens
Even though the prospect sickens,
Brother, here we go again.

Adam Sandler - Chanukah Song Lyrics
"ok ok this is a song that uh, theres a lot of Christmas songs
out there
and uh not to many Hanukah songs so uh i wrote a song for all
those
nice little Jewish kids who don't get to hear any Hanukah
songs."
Put on your yamakah,
here comes Hanukah,
so much funnukah to celebrate Hanukah,
Hanukah is,
the feastival of lights,
instead of one day of presents we have eight crazy nights!
When you feel like the only kid in town,
without a Christmas tree,
Here's a list of people who are Jewish,
just like you and me!
David Lee Roth,
lights the Menorah,
so do James Caan Kirk Dougalas and the late Dina Shora,
Geuss who eats together at the Carnegie Deli,
Bowzer from ShaNaNa and Arthur Fonzarelli!
Paul Newman is half jewish,
Goldi Hawn is too,
put them together what a FINE lookin jew!
You don't need Deck the Halls or The Jingle Bell Rock,
cause you can spin a dradle with Captian Kirk and Mr. Spock!
(both jewish!)
Put on you Yarmulke,
its time for Hannukah,
the owners of the Seattle Supersonikahs,
celebrate Hanukah!
OJ Simpson,
NOT A JEW!,
but geuss who is?,
Hall o' famer Rod Carew!
We got Ann Landers and her sister Dear Abby,
Harrison Fords a quater Jewish!,
NOT TO SHABBY!
Some people think,
Ebaniser Scrooge is,
well he's not but geuss who is?,
all three Stooges!!!
So many Jews are rich o' biz,
Tom Cruise isn't,
but I heard his agent is!
Tell your friend Veronica,
its time to celebrate Hanukah!,
O don't forget a harmonica,
on this lovely lovely Hanukah!
So drink your gin and tonicah,
and smoke your marajuanica!
if you really really wannukah,
have a happy happy happy,
HANUKAH!
I also have Brian Setzer's Rockabilly Xmas album, but I don't like it much.

I do love the Tiny Tim song.
But as a Jew, I surprise myself on how much Christmas music I have. One of the local stations here puts out a Christmas CD every year done by the popular and yet over-played alternative bands. But I also have the CHARLIE BROWN CHIRSTMAS which should be part of everyone's holiday listening regardless of religion.
I also highly recommend The Blue Hawaiians "CHRISTMAS ON BIG ISLAND". This Los Angeles surfer band music does a brilliant job of Christmas music. I've brought this to work holiday parties and the people seem to enjoy it.

I own a ridiculous amount of Christmas music. So much so, (as very poor newlyweds) my husband and I made our own special Christmas CD with all our favorite songs, five years ago. We sent them with our Christmas cards to family and friends. We photoshopped a cover, inside jacket, and had a hidden bonus track at the end of the CD.
The CD had everything from Kate Smith singing "O, Holy Night", to the "Snow Miser/Heat Miser" song, to Vince Guaraldi's "Skating" from the Peanut's Christmas Special. It also had Bing Crosby and Nat King Cole. What's Christmas without those guys?
I have a lot of Christmas classical too. Bach, Tchaikovsky, Handel's "Messiah", etc.

I've got "Fairy Tale of New York" by The Pogues and "Christmas Wrapping" by The Waitresses on my playlist. That's about it.
