one character I thought would be super powerful but never got ot his potential was Warlock from the new muties. he could do a ton of shit.

Gilgamesh is known as the forgotten one , how can he not be obscure ? How long since he last appeared in a comic other than the so-called space phantom duplicate that got killed prior to the crossing.

Kurse is very strong (4xThor level), but maybe not the most obscure.
If we are into other powers as well the Runner has "incalculable" strenght (at least class 100), Warp Speed (transcending light speed), and is physically indestructible (Immortal), capable of firing intense energy blasts and anyone in his vicinity can't help but like him (even if he's trying to kill them!)
