Why would ANYONE think Ultimate Hawkeye is dead?

There is no corpse.

Would there be any reason for his body to be missing if he were actually dead?

We saw a gun in the vicinity of his head. Then we saw a trigger being pulled (might not have even been the same gun). Next issue the bodies of his entire family are found - but not Ultimate Hawkeye.

I'm not one of those people who always believes characters will come back (even though they usually do), but if anyone can give me a plausible reason for his body not being there if he's actually deceased, let's hear it.

There is no corpse.

What was so interesting about the Gravity & New Warriors minis? Well? :D
both had great art and an interesting story. gravity was a brand new marvel character, and the new warriors' most recent series was a departure from the previous two. basically, they were both something new and something worth promoting.
