The Masters of Evil

It's been awhile since I've seen The Masters of Evil in action, are they locked up? Gone solo? I think I've missed something somewhere, anyone with some insight would be appreciated.

I´ve heard that Bendis has some plan or something for them but I´m not sure.

Basically, the Thunderbolts.

The main driving force behind the Masters of Evil was Baron Zemo, and these days he's more focused on the Thunderbolts then the Avengers. Also seeing as a number of prominent T-Bolts members are former MoE's well there you go.
Now the last few Masters of Evil have been lead by the new Crimson Cowl and fought the Thunderbolts, the last incarnation being seen around issue 73 of T-Bolts.

Since then there hasn't been much action from the Masters.
