I actually hate Punisher too. For me he´s the character that I love to see only when he gets his ass handed to him.

By the end of the issue, it's sated that there are NO supehumans or costumed characters left on the planet.

I read that a while ago. Daredeveil was the last person he killed before he even killed himself. The people who suggested he kill super heroes werent satisfied with that, and wanted him to keep killing, so I guess we can say he didnt kill them all. But we can assume he killed every major/minor hero on a certain level.

At least "Ruins" and the later issues of "What if...?!".
It was a short-lived label such as "Marvel Music" or "Marvel Humor".

it was marvel's answer to dc's branding their what if's "elseworlds". it lasted all of a year.

No years old...from the mid 90's I think...maybe 96.

I liked it....but to answer Devil_LeonX's first question. He didn't kill any of the cosmic level people. Obviosuly, he'd lose.

And I don't remember a scene with him killing Dr strange either.

Although his first kill, Venom and Spider-man was cool.

I didn't like it all that much either. I thought the consept was good, but Ennis doesn't respect the spandex set enough to give any of them a fair shake at surviving. Frank was like super-batman, planning every convuluted detail to kill even the toughest Marvel. Like Doctor Doom.

Though the X-Men all going up in a mushroom cloud on the Blue Area of the Moon was pretty clever.

And Wolverine saying "...They even found Mr. Fantastic's Body in a Dumpster...." was a bit chilling.

But as a whole it was utter shlock.

i agree it wasn't that good. the concept was great. and if it was either funnier, or more serious it would've worked, but it walked a line between funny and dark and that just didn't work.

This was pre-Joe Q so there's a chance Speedball made it!
