It's a crooked scan, not a typo. See how the price is partially cut off, too?

It's a typo. There's a vowel where a different vowel should be.
Oh. I see it now. That was probably one of the other leading candidates for that (awkwardly-titled) series.

That just makes look at the Thing in a totally different way. I wonder if Dan Slott will bring this back in the Thing Series? Hmm.. turning the Thing into a Romance comic, ahem, with Man-Thing.

It could be the Power Man & Iron Fist for the 21st Century:
Thing & Man-Thing
(Although I can just hear Ben grumbling, "Sheesh. That kinda makes it sound like I'm not the man. He's the one with the droopy carrot nose and the slime. What a revoltin' development this is.")
They did team up on more than one occasion:

Shell, I have forgotten these books. In my eyes these are timeless classics and I do miss reading them. Very few books that are created today have the "Fun-ness" Factor as these older books. They are just to serious today, I guess that is why I appreciate Kirkman's MTU.

Sorry, but I'm just stuck on this tangent. What did they call Sharon Ventura when she got the Thing powers and appearance? Was she called She-Thing? Thingress? Thing Girl? Ms. Thang? Because obviously She-Thing should have hooked up with Man-Thing.

Yeah, she was She-Thing.

And if they would have had kids? Would they have been called Thing 1 and Thing 2?

The Thing already had a kid, with Rob Liefeld. His name's Rubble.

Those pictures are everything that is wrong with the 90's in one package.
P.S. why does the one girl have an arrow pointing at her breasts?

It is not an arrow, it is a rocket that is very poorly drawn.

She's actually a pretty cool character. When, y'know, not drawn in a Liefeld-esque manner. Alan Moore created her.

Yeah, when Moore wrote her and Skroce was drawing her.

They did not change her name--she stayed as "Ms Marvel". Ben joked about other names "She-Thing" and "Thingette" but dismissed them as silly. Whether she was human or a thing, she was always "Ms Marvel" when she was a member of the Fantastic Four.
Now, after she joined the Frightful Four, *then* they started calling her
She-Thing.

Staying with Wyatt Wingfoot in limbo until someone has the stones to progress her story a bit. She made an appearance in MK4 recently but the story blinded me and made my hands break out in blisters :)
My vote for Ben Sharon babies would be 'Chunks', and that Leifeld Rubble rip off is just the lamest thing I've seen since he gave Cap man-boobs.

What the F ???
What is that pic about
If that isn't Marvel, why haven't they sued?
I saw at least six clear rip-offs of marvel characters...including Ben jr.
I know I am out of the loop, but could anyone give me the 411 on that Liefeld pic?

And none of these are as blatant as his Sabretooth rip-off he named War Wolf.
