Of course, there are others who passed during battle, but these ones are the ones who are closest to the time of First Miburo.

And besides, First Miburo was....Well, Incredible. Even though I equal him in sheer power, I am still his inferior in versitility and feats.

I'm not sure which Miburos I killed. They all look the same. I killed First and maybe Third. Third was the one who could throw mountains around while suffering from a Messiah Complex, right? Or was he the one who could nuke worlds with a flick of his arm? Or the one who casually destroyed a multiverse to try and wound me? Or the one who tore up half the omniverse to try and get within 20 meters of me?

I killed them all, and I enjoyed it. The most powerful of them warranted me calling in reinforcements lest I break something in battle and spend several days lying on the floor while reaching for some Advil. If I recall correctly, I brought in Internet Chuck Norris, Bloodstained Mr. Rogers, Undertaker from Wrestlemania, Hulk Hogan channeling Real American, Mr. T after several glasses of milk and Stretch.

I also don't see any problem with austin holding the record for a single season. It's only one season, and JR was more than clear about how much money hogan made the WWE. I think he paid respect to both wrestlers, with his emphasis obviously on Steve. That doesn't mean hogan wasn't the biggest draw ever though. It just means that austin had the single biggest year.

Being an on-and-off pro wrestling fan, it's difficult to overstate the effect that the internet has had on pro wrestling.

Personally, I think that the onset of the internet is one of the principle reasons for the breaking of 'kayfabe' in pro wrestling back in the mid-to-late 90s. It's made it so that very little in pro wrestling is genuinely a surprise any more - twists and turns in the pro wrestling world are now reported way ahead in advance, so very little is a shock any more. Also, due to the breaking of 'kayfabe', you don't really get lost in a good pro wrestling angle/feud by suspending disbelief like you could do in the past.

More generally speaking, the internet has become a pretty unwieldy, and heavily commercialized (with advertisements/pop-up ads) medium.

I've come to like visiting blogs, and using chats from time to time, though I'm still a message board type of guy. MySpace pages just hurt my eyes and ears half the time. They're real bandwith crushers, and I find that you run across quite a few of them just by doing image searches on Google for your favourtie characters (and new characters that you just heard about, and are researching).

Just because someone is used to and not shocked by the idea that some people out there are aroused by pain doesn't mean that that person is going to spontaneously develop a pain fetish.

Having a 'weak' or 'strong' constitution towards things of dubious (or plain) morality has nothing to do with one's propensity for that act. Personally, I've come to terms with guro; I find it extremely squicky and very unpleasant, but just because I don't want to throw up when I see it doesn't mean I like it.

But I disagree that disgust and revulsion are the necessary reactions to those things. I believe that as long as someone is aware that something is morally wrong, however they react is irrelevant.
