Disco vs. J-Pop vs. Techno. Given a choice between the two, which one would you listen to?
Assuming that there are no other forms of music left. Jazz, R&B, Rap, Rock, Classical, Blues, Gospel, Country. all of them have been banned at one point or another. The Government thinks that the three forms mentioned above are wholesome enough to listen to.
MaxofSteel
01-26-2007, 06:26 PM
"Wholesome". I like that.:p
Damn this is a tough one. I'll go with techno, if only because Disco's not my era and I have little experience in the JPop world.

In my case, it would be that old video game company known as Konami. I see the Konami label on it, screw the reviews, screw the buzz, screw the high recommendations by friends. All bets are off.

Soda: True soda is mineral wate with carbon/caffenine an dgeneraly clear.
Cola: Blended water above ot point it looks like brown death, but sitll tasty.
Pop: Goes crazy with gas into liquid form, for zany flavor and generaly looks odder from the norm.

I give my name sbased on what it IS.
If i wer eto dirnk Clear mienral Water with additonal flavor, I'll call it Soda. (Spirte and Sierra Mist some what count, due to clearer nature.)
Cola, is for Cola, pepsi, and their companies drinks. (Except fo rclearer ones as listed above.)
Pop in general si the old school from glass bottles, that come in zany, gasy flavor.

It's between the following...
Ribena
Coca-Cola (bottled in the old-fashioned glass bottles - it tastes nicer like that for some reason  )
Dr. Pepper
Although the best drink ever doesn't exist anymore. Can anyone remember it? It was called "Nemesis" and was based on the ride at Alton Towers. It was blackcurrant and liquorice flavour. It was fizzy and came in a can. Sounds horrible but my god that stuff was awesome. It was around in the mid-1990's.

One of the reasons I haven't left my job is the fact that I have no real quarrels with management on a personal level. My nominal supervisor leaves me to my own devices and I'm senior to everyone else in the place. My employer is a fantastic human being, the kindest and most forgiving boss I have ever worked for and his supervisor, the territorial manager, is pretty decent as well. All in all, I'm quite well off in that regard.

I'm from Canada; we all call it pop.
My faves are, in order; coke, root beer, cream soda. Pepsi or other dark colas'll do in a pinch.

It'll probably be relatively painless.
By whose definition of "relatively"? And "painless"?

Mental training, meditation, and a deeply-rooted and severe psychosis stemming from some kind of unimaginable Hell for which there are not words to describe it.
At least, that's how I did it.
Wow, how do you pull that off?

Wow, how do you pull that off?
Sitting in ancient and forbidden yoga techniques while forcing yourself listen to a BAD Britney Spears impersonator non-stop for weeks on end.
Then you must find images that would send Cthulhu and the Elder Gods screaming back into their home realm.
That is how you "pull it off", as you say.

Grab the chin, the back of the head and twist.
Wait, by "That" you DID mean "someone's head" right??

Mainly due to a comedian called "Peter Kay" from over here in the UK, it has become the general name for all "own-brand" Cola sold in Supermarkets.
Generally tastes vile, goes flat in 30 seconds, and gets you laughed at when you're at school if it's in your packed-lunch box.

Coke's the way to go. But if you are to name a kid, I'd always go with "Soda".
From "The Seven"
George Costanza: Pamela (rebuffing on a name)?! Awright, I tell you what. You look like nice people, I'm gonna help you out. You want a beautiful name? Soda.
Ken (the husband of Carrie, the one with the child): What?
George: Soda. S-O-D-A. Soda.
Carrie: I don't know. It sounds a little strange.
George: All names sound strange the first time you hear 'em. What, you telling me people loved the name "Blanche" the first time they heard it?
To think about it, I'd rather name a kid "Sauce" or "Ketchup" or even "Mug".
