LSH: DC's answer to the Exiles

In Febuary's LSH,the Legion becomes the protectors of the multiverse. If Mark Waid takes the Legion down that road, do you think they will be better than the Exiles?

I don't think it will be anything more than a temporary change. Though, doing an Exiles-like story for that issue could be pretty fun.

I'd even take a six issue story. Just for the fanboy in me.

It sounds like the perfect resolution to all the griping about in accessible continuity... make the Legion a team that deals not only with their own vast roster, but now include Legionnaires from laternate time-lines/parallel Earths, as well!

I'm not interested in seeing Legion become "DC Exiles" but I think it would be cool to see the Legion be a team that isn't confined to one earth or one timeline, but spans an entire multiverse.

Or they mayset up the premise that the LSH era is a nexus point for all timelines, which isn't a new concept, since there was the pocket universe and the main dc universe meeting up in the future...
