When in the new X-men run was the truth behind the enemy (the Sublime Entity) revealed?

Basically I totally missed the fact that everything happened because of the Sublime Entity. But then again I'm new at this X-men thing! :D

His last issue, #154 explictly stated that it was the sublime entity that was behind most of the shenanigans.
