I haven't been reading this series but I just saw a preview at mile high comics that featured a gravestone that was inscribed with "Carol Danvers Howlett". As a wolverine fan, I am really curious as to what this is all about. Could somebody help me out and tell what the deal is with this series please? I figured it wasn't worth buying but the preview for the last issue kinda hooked me in....

The current Weapon X miniseries is a follow-up to the late Weapon X ongoing. So far I haven't enjoyed it as much as I did the ongoing as the actual storylines aren't really being wrapped up so much as being resolved in what will ultimately be an alternate future.
