The right past? (IC 2 Spoilers)

So I was sitting here with no life as usual and thinking about Inifinite Crisis and what Earth-2 Superman said. So what do you think the current DCU would be like if the Earth-2 history HAD remained dominant instead of the Earth-1 history? How would the JLA be changed? How would certain heroes change? This could make a really fun Elseworlds, anybody else got some cool ideas?

where the US wins WWII by using superheros. OK, even if you had the
Spear of Destiny protecting continental Europe from magic based superheros like the Golden Age Green Lantern, Wonder Woman and other major hitters such as Superman there's still plenty of damage
that the Flash could do behind the German lines with a pocket full of Miraclo, a Ninth metal belt. and a cosmic rod. Plus you could have Superman stay in
Britain, outside of the range of the SoD and have him knock down the entire German bomber fleet every night.

So my idea is that the war is over by 1943 or so, the Americans are victorious, the bomb is never developed, it wasn't needed. What happens after the war? The Russians are still there and they're not as ground down as they were in history. How does Joe Stalin deal with a world where most of the superheros
are on the other side? How much easier does it become to develop space flight when you have a bunch of semi-invulerable heros who you can recruit as test pilots? What happens when Superman, Green Lantern and Wonder Woman team up and use their powers to dig canals to irrigate the Sahara?
