Random (not the character) Question

Ive been looking for the 4 part Dreams End storyline but i can only find part 1 and 4 (Uncanny 388 and Xmen 108.) What issues were part 2 and 3 in.

I noticed that Cable was part of the Xmen team when the first movie came out and with the whole house of M aftershocks thing going on right now i cant help but wonder why cyclops isnt interested on whether his son is ok or not. I just wanted to know how does the Summers family work?
I know havok and Cyclops are brothers (thats a given) and i know that rachel is scott's daughter, but from what timeline? and what about cable are he and rachel siblings, half siblings or just stupid storyline?

To keep it short and to the point:

Cable and Rachel are full siblings.

Cable is the son of Cyclops and Madelyne Pryor (clone of Jean Grey) and was taken to the future to grow up.

Rachel is the daughter of Cyclops and Jean Grey (I know there were was something different planned but until that sees print she is his daughter) from an alternate future.

(And then there are a lot of other parts to the Summer family tree, but we;ll ignore them for today.)
