Did not Jason's Robin costume look very much like Earth-2 Robin's custome??

DO you think this is Jason Todd from another Earth?

And what are we to make of B-boy NOT being able to remember Elasti-girl?

And what are we to make of B-boy NOT being able to remember Elasti-girl?Well, with Byrne's revamp, Elasti-Girl never became Beast Boy's surrigate mother and he was never part of the Doom Patrol. I think showing BB kind of remembering her existing before was a way to show that some of the revamps we've had over the last 20 years aren't as solid as we think. Whatever is going on with Crisis might be effecting these revamps and weakening their place in continuity.

Or it could've been a ramdom idea Geoff threw in for fun. Who knows?

Yes, and it actually looked even sillier than the customary bare legs. :)

The artist for TT29 said he had drawn Jason with the intention of having bare legs, but the colorist gave him yellow legs.

Too funny....I thought the costume was totally silly.

Then again, confronting your successor who lives on the other side of the country, wearing two layers of clothing just for a 10 minute tussle?

Speaking of miscolored items, I wonder just how often this happens...!

Heh.

I couldn't stop laughing at it.

He took the bus? Why does it matter?!?

I'm one of those who likes to know because it may mean he has some "friends" on the west coast.

How he gets there takes is important to me. I don't like unanswered questions.

I think the "hows" of stuff in comics are as important at the "whys" of comics.

It did. I actually told one of my friends that ("Dude, it looks like Earth-2 Robin vs. our Robin in TITANS this week!")

[quote]DO you think this is Jason Todd from another Earth?

Don't think so, but I suspect Todd's return and INFINITE CRISIS are probably linked.

You have people flying, coming back from the dead and meeting aliens and you're major concern is how someone gets from east to west coast? Talk about pointlessness.

Nah, I also want to know how that happens/ed too. I don't limit my holes.

I don't like plot holes that can be filled crappily.

Jason Todd did not come back from the dead without some kind of support. This supporter also provided him additional training that makes him a much more dangerous nemesis than when he was Robin. Whoever this supporter is, he/she is supplying Jason with everything he needs...which might include aircraft or other transportation. I have a feeling that this supporter might be supplying Jason with more than Batman/Bruce ever did.

Exactly what I'm thinking.

Complete the story. Don't leave plot holes.

How is this a plot hole?

It wasn't explained.

As this will probably be a one part story, if he leaves this angle uncovered, he did not write a complete story.

Leaving a plot hole.

.. or since The Red Hood will appear again down the line and we know his resurgance will be covered then it will be explained then?

Plot holes shouldn't be deemed so until a story is over... and in comics.. the story is always ongoing.

I can't think of a reason why he wouldn't have it in the story unless he planned to use it later. Even it is just saying that "he flew there". Say how he got there.

And that worries me...big time. I fear it will be filled crappily later. Don't leave it open unless you intend on filling it yourself.

I think this particular story ended. It was only a one issue story.

The overall story keeps going, that is true, but this part of Red Hood's story overall is probably over. I would have liked to seen that angle covered.

EDIT: And no, I don't want this to be explained "He got there off panel." Just like Didio explained where Jason switched out with Clayface in Hush.

Maybe Judd Winnick will address everything we want to know about Red Hood including how he gets around, how he's alive, why he's such a good fighter, etc.? Just wait and see man...

From what DC is going through right now and me being worn into the ground by the build up to Infinite Crisis, my "wait and see" reflex isn't working too well at the moment.

Winick may explain Red Hood. But will it be in time for me to care about it...?

Yes, because you'll never stop caring no matter how much you think you will.

From what DC's said, Jason's return is dependent on Infinite Crisis and it won't make sense until we know more about IC.

They might have to spoil IC #4 for Jason's support/connections/return to make sense.

In which case, it's better to present Jason's status as a mystery until the necessary elements are in place to explain his return.

I'm sure that keeps Winick awake at night. It's like "after he got back from the dead, how does he move around?"
If that's a plothole, there are dozens which are worse. Like how come nobody caught on that Lois is married to Superman. Hell, just the emotional display of her holding him in her arms when he died would be enough to uncover it. Or with USA military satellites constantly watching, it hasn't been noticed that Superman goes into the Daily Planet all the time and doesn't come out? That is a much bigger plothole.
