Can i sell comics online?

Anyone here ever tried selling comics online for profit? Im considering it, gonna use my dads account on ebay to set up a shop... get some cheap back issues from my local comic book store and sell them off for more money... i think it may be a good way to make some spare cash...

tried it and didnt work well at all. unless you can get coimcs very cheap its not worth doing. and between ebay and paypal they take between 7 and 10 % of your end price swallowing up most of your profit. then theres the postage and getting that right.
try it theres nothing wrong with trying but be worned its not easy and hard to make a profit.

i understand... i can get 5 comics for £1.99 ($4.00) and ive seen the seperate comics being sold for £1.99 each so i figured id make a lot of profit... but i guess it will be hard work... im defiantly gonna try though and besides im not trying to make a living out of it.. just some spare cash
