I'm reading here in different websites, and they all say Electro can lift 10 tons, since when? That's news to me.
When is the last time Electro showed ANY kind of super strength?

in the ultimate spiderman game he can lift stuff using his electric powers and throw it at you... i assume they based that on the comic so im guessing he has done it

Get ahold of marvel Knights spider-man 2-3. He talks about how when he was in prison, doc ock taught him some science stuff. He lifts all kinds of stuff magneto style.

It's probably more like repelling stuff off the ground (using static electricity) than lifting them...

I am not mocking you at all Venoman far from it. Spectacualar Spider-Man is the kids magazine which I agree I don't buy the childish stuff either. Astonishing Spider-Man is an extra comic I buy that reprints current stories that are in America with 76 pages. 2 currents stories are in it and a classic from the 60's, 70's or 80's.

The comic shops in London are simply amazing. I've got a nice local one in my area called Krypton Komics where I go buy my Spider-Man comics, back issues and TPB. I'll tell ya what I'll post ya the latest issue of Astonishing Spider-Man and then you'll know what I mean by me saying it's a cool comic.

As with most comic super villians powers get changed all the time, I mean at one point Electro could take on telepaths.
"Too bad brainwaves are a form of electrical energy and I am the MASTER of all Electricty"
(case in point when he whipped X-man around in...err I forget the issue number just before Doc Ock is brought back by the Hand splinter group)
Electro to me is a clear example of someone who could easily become a threat to everyone but his crippling emotional pains stop him from ever fighting anyone above Daredevil.

He displayed new skills with his powers in MK:SM#3. If you coupled that with the uber-powerlevel he had when he was pwning X-man you have one nasty villain to tangle with.

london sounds like the coolest place for comics in the UK... we have three comic stores that i know about in Bristol but i only usually visit two of them.. the other one is too far away and in a dodgy area... anyway i went to london today for a conference and during lunch i nipped into the nearest bookstore and instantly found an encylopedia of comics... man i gotta live in London someday... i have a friend who lives there... oh and i know krypton komics from their online website

That's what I was telling Venoman about. Yes I collect the collector's edition which is what Astonishing Spider-Man is. I've been collecting since #18 and recently I bought the first 17 issuse on Ebay. But I'm still missing 26 issues.
