It was on earlier on the USA network. I got a q about it for anyone in the know:

Why in the world did Ross bring Bruce and his father together like that? Was it Ross or did someone else orchestrate that? And why chain them in chairs facing each other between those two turbine engine looking-things? Clearly it didn't go well...but what was the point of that all together?

David Banner told Betty that he would turn himself in under one condition - that he be able to see his son. I think all the precautions that were being taken were because of Bruce. No one knew that David had any special abilities (that's why he wasn't chained to his chair like Bruce was). Also, the fact that Betty was present would be a calming effect on Bruce in case he did change into the Hulk.

But David's ploy was to absorb the Hulk's power for himself, so he antagonized Bruce to change and then carried him off to take his power, which turned out to be too much for him to handle. And then I think the army nuked the spot where they were.

Ah. That makes more sense.
