Sick of these yet?
So on Sunday an old friend of hers from out of town visited. She was supposed to come around 7 with her kids, but ended up coming at 9. I was half asleep and don’t remember what I said, but apparently one thing that popped out of my mouth was “why don’t you come for Shabbos?”
This old friend is part of a family of five, the youngest of which is an itty bitty baby. We have a two-bedroom apartment.
Well, she called today because her sister-in-law who was pregnant and lives by us had the baby – can they take us up on it?
My wife said yes.
That’s not why she’s great though.
She’s great for not killing me in my sleep.
I hope…
If I put the parents in Tot’s room and Tot in ours and the eldest on the couch… damn, the air mattress is broken….

They may have their own air mattress they can bring.
And a present may help you sleep more comfortably.

Doubtful.
Had a brainstorm though. I'm going to take a sleeping bag and couch cusions and make a "campout" in the living room for the three older kids (including Tot). They'll love it.

Already planned. The Fruit store I need to stop at sells very nice roses.

Yes well, if I get a divorce I'm moving in with you buddy, so the laughter will be short-lived.
Besides, as long as I take my pills, we're jake.

I thought Michael Pullman was going to take you in. Writer Boy and Typo Lad together at last.

That's what I did with the kids last weekend when Nate had two of his buddies stay over. They always love that kinda stuff.

Yeah, because it would totally interfere with his going-after-her-himself plan.

Nah.. she's not into geeks. I slipped under her radar somehow.
If I could just find the ac adapter for this airbed. I don't wanna do it by hand.

Mine doesn't either. At least my crazy roommate doesn't.
