Since Dr. Strange is the most powerful male in Marvel(or you can say the Sentry if you go by what Marvel says) who do you guys think is the most powerful woman in Marvel?

IŽd say that Rogue with all her powers unleashed and with full control over them would be up there.

Phoenix on the even days when she's alive.

Yeah, but she doesn't have that anymore and it didn't last long either. If she still did have all those powers then I could see her up there, but it doesn't look like she will be getting back to that stage anytime soon.

Easily Photon. She's probably one of the most powerful beings period. Although Pheonix is fairly powerful too. And then there's Death.

This might be an unpopular choice, but in light of recent events, what about the Scarlet Witch? If the question were for men, a similar answer might be a still-powered Franklin Richards, or a still-alive Proteus. Altering reality, probability, or the laws of physics are pretty impressive talents.

Phoenix I (Jean Grey)
Phoenix II (Rachel Summers)
Binary (Carol Danvers)
Red Guardian (transformed)
Magik I (in Limbo)
Black Queen (Selene)
Mephista (daughter of Mephisto)

Mistress Death

Death is an elemental, cosmic force. It is neither male nor female. Death appeared to Thanos as female because he perceived Death to be a woman; whereas, Phoenix perceived Death to be a man.

The 1st thing in my mind is: Rogue. And she can still take many power at the same time, see the latest HoM issue. So I'll go for Rogue.

Gotta give it to Phoenix.

My answer is the same as the answer for most powerful hero thread:

Wanda.

Anyone who can rip realities apart with the blink of an eye, is pretty damn poweful in my book...

But when she has them she could fight evenly with a hungry Galactus, at least I think she should be able to do that.

The Scarlet Witch is being abused by Brian Michael Bendis & the Editors. Right now, she's a deux ex machina, a plot device.

Either of the Phoenix's or Selene

Either of the Phoenix's or Selene

Phoenix proved she had enough power to kill Selene in Uncanny X-Men #207. Selene would have died if not for Wolverine's intervention. Selene used most of her power earlier that she had to sneak off into the shadows to steal more lifeforce before she made her entrance to the rest of the Inner Circle. Selene has a limit, but Phoenix does not.

It doesn't matter because she is still a female character--regardless of so-called abuse or plot device status.

Sersi, probably.

Where is she, anyway? I miss her.

She is with the other Eternals right now.

I agree.
To be different, I'll go with either She-Hulk or Invisible Woman (if she's written correctly)

She can't DESTROY the world in a blink of an eye, though. *coughsienablazecancough*

Man, I didn't think there would be about 10 different picks. So far everyone has had a good but different pick. Maybe its time to say why you chose that person, explain their powers and how they would beat the the others for the top spot. I mean Dr. Strange has a lot of ways of beating people and his powers are off the scale and he has proven this over the years, so maybe there needs to be more detail because were not even close to deciding.

I will just say Warbird.

Though the real answer is Selene i think.

Wanda.

Selene, Umar, Thena, Sersi, Photon, Phoenix et al are all uberpowerful, but Wanda can turn them into rabbits if she wanted.
At least with the way she's been rearranging reality as of late.

I disagree. Phoenix had enough power to kill Selene then. Now might be different. Selene drained some of the eternals in X-force and her power increased hugely. And depending how much she fed before a fight she could easily but up a fight, especially with Rachel now. She's no longer the Phoenix avatar.
