What they should do is that they should start off with Peter once again working with the Bugle, but now, since moving in with her into a different appartment, he's got more to balance out while Mary Jane works in plays. Harry hasn't said much to Harry, not telling Pete about his knowledge. He has told no one about Pete's secret identity and doesn't plan to. With Oscorp rebuilding with little money, Harry needs a new gimmick to wield in money. He checks an old vault that contains some of Norman and Stromm's work besides the formula. One of them is a suit that enhances somebody's strength and agility incredibly. A prototype of the formula Norman used to become the Green Goblin. They combined the suit with a space bateria and chemical compounds which Harry read from the notes. Harry prepares for an auction of this "Symbiot(sp?)Suit". It starts to gain intelligence from its surroundings, though, and breaks free. It searches for a host worthy of its greatness. When it searches the streets, it finds Spiderman fighting Sandman. Spiderman and Sandman are even in the fight. Sandman the starts to win. He becomes all hard sand and gets ready to smash Spiderman until.... Spiderman knocks off a knob on a hydrant close by with his web. The water from the hydrant breaks Sandman up until he vanishes from thin air. The suit attaches itself to Spiderman as Pete swings home. The next morning Pete sees it on his chest. It turns into a new suit and it makes him feel fresher than before. He shows it to Mary Jane. Mj is not sure at first, but later adapts to it. Things are going great. Pete is catching crooks faster(one group is the Enforcers) and getting to work and school a little quicker. He at one point meets a new photographer of the Daily Bugle named Eddie Brock. They start as just buddies into still buddies but also rivals for pictures. Later on Jameson cuts down on his budget and needs to get rid of some of the staff. He gets rid of Brock since he stated Peter was better. Brockis after Pete's current top hater. Meanwhile Spiderman once again stops crooks from left to right. Only now, he gets more vicious with them. He almost puts one into a coma for threatening to murder two innocent women. Pete then realizes something. He can't get the suit off. something's happening. Pete must now fight to get it off. After doing all he can to stop the suit from taking over, Peter finds the suit's weakneess: fire. So Spiderman puts his head into a large car explosian. It blows the suit clean off. The suit scatters away and accidentally attaches to Eddie Brock. They learn each other's hatred and form into one. The answer...... Venom.

Brock then starts to consume Spiderman and says "See yah..Pete." Spiderman is shocked. Brock knows Spiderman's secret. Peter kicks Venom in the gut and jumps away. Venom flies into car and it explodes. The suit starts to screech in agony as they flee from the deadly flames. Spiderman pops by Harry's and yells at him about Harry telling Brock his secret. Harry tells him he did not know at all about Brock owning the suit. He had never even heard of Brock. Spiderman tells him some black "thing" attached to a recently fired Daily Bugle employee and he now calls himself Venom. Not only is he as to more physically dangerous than Peter, but he knows who Spiderman is. Harry said that he can't tell anyone. He must except now that what was done was done. Norman must have been stopped. If not, everything would plunder into chaos. He promised to Peter that he will never tell anyone about Spiderman's secret identity. During that, somebody went to Peter's apartment. MJ gets up and says "Pete, is that you?" But out of the shadows is not Peter, but something else. Venom. MJ freaks out, realizing that's not Peter, and whacking Venom in the head with a frying pan. Venom shouts as Mary Jane tries to run away. But then, in front of her, is once again Venom. As she starts to cry, Venom says something to her. "Tell Peter to meet me at the top of the Daily Bugle tomorraow at midnight. He'll know why. Oh, and if he DOESN'T show, he won't be the one paying for it. We'll have some nice and big heapin of BRAINS." Peter comes home to see Mary Jane crying on the floor. He comes over to her and she starts to scream and shout. He takes off his mask to proove it's him. She tells him everything. Peter is angry and accidentally punches a hole through the wall. The next day at the Bugle John Jameson comes in to pick up Betty. He asks for moment with Peter shortly after. He tells Peter that his very happy he and MJ are together and that there is no hard feelings. As they shake on it, a scream fills the Bugle. The wall behind Jameson's desk is gois gone, bricks are spreaded out everywhere. On one of the bricks is a note that says "Don't forget." A picture is taken of the debree that goes with the top story "Spiderman Monster Goes Insane". Spiderman starts to go insane. Brock ruining everything. But as with all the other super powerful enemies Spiderman has fought, there is always a way to stop them one way or another.
Spiderman now thinks the more baddies he fights, the more experiance he'll get before taking on Brock. He also realizes that Venom somehow blocks out his Spider Sense and may have it himself, so he will know to be aware of that. He swoops down on a armed robbery and stops the thieves. But then, he hears a gun shot. There's a mob behind him, ready to tear this now called "monster" apart. Not wanting to hurt them, Spiderman flees home. Four more hours until showdown. Spiderman locks all the doors of their apartment. He also goes to Aunt May's house to make sure everything is locked there as well, telling Aunt May that Spiderman has gone insane and is trouncing through New York and he wants her to be careful. Aunt May doesn't believe this, but she still does as Peter says. He calls Harry and tells him about what's happening and to be safe. Harry tells him he has everything he needs. Meanwhile, Brock is testing his skills with bums and robbers in allyways and in bar clubs. 11:34. It's almost time. Spiderman heads to battle after telling MJ he'll be alright. Brock looks at the watch and is ready. Spiderman lands onto the Daily Bugle building to see Venom. Venom then starts off with "Glad you could make it Peter. I was thinking you would chicken out. Too bad. I wanted to taste some of those good ol' Mary Jane brains. And maybe finish of that pathetic Osborn. He couldn never be as amazing as his father." Spiderman attacks Venom in blind fury. Punch after punch Venom backs up until he punches Spiderman back even harder. A big battle ensues. And soon, debree falls off the building, and cameras focus on the fight. It's all over the news. "Spiderman vs. The Beast"(soon to be dubbed Venom). Soon a helicopter is tailing them. Venom breaks the helicoter's tale by slicing it off with his sharp fingernails. Spiderman saves the copter by making a web to support it. Venom then takes Spiderman by surprise and sucks Peter into Venom. Absorbing him. Venom tells hhim how everything Spiderman ever lived for will crumble and Uncle Ben will be so dissapointed as they become one. Spiderman breaks free and kickes Venom away. Brock slams into the big letter D on top of the building. The D falls onto Venom and bursts into flames. Spiderman leaves as the symbiote(Brockless) shows up in the flames and deteriorates before Peter's eyes. Spiderman then leaves as the firefighters clean up the mess. Next day Jameson surprisingly blames Venom for the threat earlier that day, but blames Spiderman for the D falling. They did get enough from the newspapers sold about the fight to clean up the junk left and get a new D. Spiderman thinks for a moment. How Venom talked about respecting Norman. Will Harry ever follow that path in which many have taken? A very close friend to an arch foe? He knows whatever the future holds, he'll be ready. Meanwhile, Harry sets fire to the Goblins lair. But suspiciously, inside the Osborn vault, there are pumpkin bombs, sets to inventing a glider, and a suit. And inside Harry's desk, inside a chest, is the formula all made compact into a bottle.
