My God what beautiful places!
When I retire I'm going to move to Scotland and raise sheep. I don't care that I'm allergic to wool-I'm doing it dammit!

My only regret is that we were only there for three days and had to do the diarrhea version of the UK. We just ran right through it and missed a LOT!

Thanks again to Gaz and Lunar who gave this Yank lots of help.
Hugs to you both :)

If I could live in any other country besides America it would be England.

Never been to scotland but really want to . My family is very big in their scottish routes. My mom teaches scottish folk dancing.

I thought that was my Irish side. Or my American Indian side ;)

Family reunions are interesting. They usually consist of seeing who can get drunk and start fighting the fastest.

I want to!!!
If there was any way we could have fit it in we would have. Ireland is actually more 'home' than Scotland. My dad is completely Irish except for one quarter Scottish. I mean his name is Michael Patrick Burke-you can't get much more Irish than that.

It was funny but as we were flying into Scotland I actually felt like I was coming home. I imagine I would feel that way even moreso in Ireland.

Well my surnames Geraghty, is mine more Irish. xP

See I'm the exact opposite, I'd feel more at home in America. o.O
