When does Spider-Man: House of M #5 come out?

I noticed that House of M finishes in like 2 weeks, and Spider-Man: House of M part 5 still hasn't been released. It isn't listed on marvel.com either.... Does anyone know when it comes out?

I thought House of M #8 shipped in a month? #7 & #8 were solicited as monthlies, not biweeklies.
