We talk all the time so I thought this might help us place each other a bit more.

Show us where you live.
Great idea! Just the other day I was thinking that it'd be neat to see a visual of Hellboarder groupings.

I saw someone do this on the Community Board and thought it was a great idea.

I'm assuming the link shows a map with markers indicating where members are located? Because I can only see the "shoutouts".
I had that problem and I switched over to Netscape. Pays to keep two browsers on your machine.

I've tried loading the page using 3 different browsers now, with no luck. I think it has more to do with my using a Mac than it does my browser.
Bill Gates, you have a special place in Hell reserved in your honor.
i have a mac at work i see the map with no problem

Oh Yeah, T.
One thing i noticed is that when i zoom in on my flag, i'm located directly in the middle of Halifax Harbour, so that sucks..
Plus this map seems to lock my computer up everytime i use it..weird
this is so cool- i just saw the top of my building !:D

I'm on.
I don't know what's scarier the fact that I can actually see my house on that thing (the marker is a couple blocks away) or the picture John put up. :D

I run a Safari Browser on a Mac with OSX.
Works just fine.
And I too could see the roof of our building.
Creepy!

I've got that same system here at work and at home. It only gives me problems at home so it's either speed of connection or some strange setting conflict.

Sorry this program is frustrating some of you. Morna and I can look at it on our newer XP computer but it crashes our Windows 98 computer. Smoetimes it loads slow and other times real quick.

Download Google Earth (same engine that runs this Google map). You'll be wasting hours looking for the tops of everything.

Hey, cool, kid cthulu! If the map is accurate, Morna and I will be within a block or two of your place on Friday afternoon. We go to Seattle for a huge gala fundraising auction for Pilchuck Glass School every year. Part of the trip always includes dropping by Olympic Color Rods on John Street right across from Denny Park.
We need more sign ups!

That's a very cool site. Thanks for bumping it, Ivan.
Jankenstein is only an hour and a half away from where I am, of course now that I look at his profile I see that he has Blacksburg listed there.

I also asked some friends from our German Cross Cult (German publisher of Hellboy)-board to join. They are Hellboy-fans - so, it should be OK, right?

I think everyone has been. The humidity has been worse than usual all summer (and its usually terrible in central Virginia). I guess that's happeneing everywhere.
