The building in the movie has an address but that wasn't used in the comics. And I myself who lives in forest hills dont see much of a place they could use for the film. But it would be cool to find out...

The MDP says the Daily Bugle is on (http://www.marveldatabase.com/wiki/index.php/Daily_Bugle_Building) 39th Street and Second Avenue in New York, at the site of the Goodman Building.

Is that current?

Whatever happened to that spire building during the Mackie/Byrne relaunch?
