you know, the most recent episodes i've seen weren't all that bad. obviously not up to the quality of the previous animated series but nonetheless entertaining. i'm not sure if this is the product of lowered expectations or perhaps the show's production team is finally getting it's act together but i'm hating the show alot less.

I don't like it. It's no where near Batman: The Animated Series' league.

I've just seen one Man-Bat episode. I thought it was alright. Didn't care for the animation to much, but at least it didn't seem choppy.

There are some parts that seem a little odd. I still perfer a more mature bats. Right now though, I look forward to watching him in JL than I do in the Batman. Sure it's an entertaining watch, but it doesn't really stick with you for very long.

I like it for what it is. A children's cartoon. It's also nice to watch a Batman/Bruce Wayne who is likeable and kick/a$$ fighter. I wasn't looking for a re-tread of the first cartoon.

Dude... All they did was give Joker a make-over and some fighting skills. Otherwise, he's right on the money like his Batman Adventures version, only apparantly even more of a mad genius (Joker Putty, anyone?).
And while I also enjoyed the Animated version of Mr. Freeze, long before he was a tortured mad scientist, he was a criminal who'd been turned into a monster by accident by Batman. They're being true to an older version of Mr. Freeze, that's all.
Personally, I love the show. It's cool, it's action-packed, the characters are interesting.. At first, I was unsure about the deviation from canon; then I realized "Hey, ain't like they haven't changed things before again and again..."

It's not bad for what it is. I don't it's aiming to recreate the feeling of the comics. That's already been done in Batman: The Animated Series, and it would be foolish/ambitious to try to replicate that. The Batman is an OK series, but unlike the TAS, I won't be looking to get the series on DVD.

I like it. A lot of the early episodes are slow and not good, but the animation is better than the old stuff and each new episode gets better and better.
