I enjoyed it myself, pretty interesting read. Basically it's an off-shoot mini-series from the Spider-Man Marvel Mangaverse one-shot. I think it's been traded.

Oh, and my cousin loves the action figure of Mangaverse Spidey I bought him.

I enjoyed it. It was like thirty years of Spidey summed up in a six issue manga.
