I just looked on UXN, and for the December 2005 previews, there wasn't an entry for Ultimate X-men, is Ultimate X-men/Fantastic Four taking its place for the month?

yeah. ultimate fantastic four/x-men drops in january, but i'm not sure whether or not an issue of ultimate x-men drops then too.
