Let's just say for a moment that you had to come up with an entirely new creative team for each of the Ultimate Marvel books. Who would you pick? Would you try to find people who would capture the original spirit and put their spin on it or would you go for radical changes with a team that would change everything?
What are your Ultimate creative teams now?
for THE ULTIMATES 3 (or 4)

Ultimate Spider-Man: Robert Kirkman/John Romita Jr.
Kirkman apparently wants to write the book and he seems an appropriate choice. I figured I had to choose someone fast to replace Bagley, so I went with John Romita, Jr.
Ultimates: Brian K. Vaughan/Steve Sadowski
I thought Vaughan did more with Ultimate Wanda in Ultimate X-Men than Millar's done in 3 years with the character. He's good at books dealing with political issues and is able to write prickly characters who are also interesting to read about. Steve Sadowski draws really solid-looking characters, and I'm a big fan of his. JSA was a great-looking book when he was on it.
Ultimate X-Men: Tony Bedard/Pablo Raimondi
I haven't read a lot of Bedard's work, but people seem to like him. I really liked Raimondi's work on Madrox.
Ultimate Fantastic Four: Gail Simone/Josh Middleton
I was gonna stick with Marvel's pool of writers, but I'm gonna use 2 DC exclusives here. I think Gail is good at juggling the stories of several team members, plus she has the imagination and humor to think up some crazy adventures for the team. I think I remember reading Gail say she's not a fan of Reed Richard in her FF movie thread, but she might like the younger, cooler Reed better. Middleton's art is just gorgeous.

I have to say that I *love* the idea of Robert Kirkman on ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN. That would be a lot of fun.
I think I'd give ULTIMATE FANTASTIC FOUR to Grant Morrison and Frank Quietly.

Ultimates Vol 3.
J. Michael Stazyncki (yes, I butchered his name) when it comes to superheroics and shady governments the dude is amazing. I can't think of an artist, The Ultimates will always be drawn by Hitch in my world.
Ultimate X-men
Hmm... Who wrote the best book about teenaged superheroes ever... Peter David did? Alright, sign him up. I enjoyed the Kuberts work on this title. So give those two the job.
Ultimate Fantastic Four
Warren Ellis and Salvador Larroca. It feels like a really bizzare combo to me, but Ellis is default SciFi man for me, and Larroca does great superheroics when given the proper inker.
Ultimate Spider-Man
Kirkman and whoever draws Invincible.
Stunning I know.
