Bendis said he'd reference it, not sure whether he intends to explain it or not. Probably just be a "he was a construct of Wanda" thing, and make Wanda responsible for killing 5,000 people.

It's annoyed me for months, but frankly I'd be just as happy that they never explain it. Marvel wanted both Magneto and Xorn back, and couldn't be bothered to come up with a logical explanation, so they just didn't.

Didn't they already explain it? There were 2 Xorns... one was a crazy mofo that pretended to be Magneto. That's it. Pure bulshit? Of course. But what can we do now?

I think Mike Marts said in a UXN interview that they wont be addressing it. Had Quesada not cancelled Excalibur and House of M never happened, we would probably know the whole story by now.
