What were the interactions between flash and quicksilver like?

Quicksilver was insanely jealous of how respected The Flash was. He didn't like that there was a Flash Museum and that Wally was faster than him. He tried to push himself to the limit in order to match Wally.

Wally just kinda took it all in stride, really. He was a little more arrogent than he usually is. Busiek's take on Wally has him a little more immature than other writers such as Mark Waid or Geoff Johns.

surprised quicksilver didn't try and investigate about the speedforce for himself.

He definitely wanted to tap into the speed force and claimed he would. But there wasn't too much focus on that. There is no Speed Force in the Marvel Universe so The Flash would lose his powers while there.

At one point when Quciksilver actually manages to get the better of Flash, due to Flash's weaking powers, he brags and makes a point of saying that he was able to do it without relying on any speed force.

That was actually one of my favorite little bits about JLA/Avengers. Just goes to show that, when push comes to shove, the JLA characters outclass the Avengers almost entirely.

Wasn't there a bit where Olllie is upset because Hawkeye's a better shot than him, and almost as good with the ladies?

If you wanna get into the power debate, when push comes to shove the heroes of the DCU said the heroes of the Marvel U. had the decks stacked against them much more and had to fight that much harder.

Oh, and that Captain America is a better fighter than Batman.
