After reading the new Spider-Man: The Other Sketchbook today I noticed the text on the cover looked kinda weird, so I used a mirror and voila, there it is. Too bad I have no idea what language it is, so I am hoping someone here can translate.
Thanks in Advance.

Looks like Latin or some other Romance language. Can't translate it for you though. If it was Spanish maybe...but I doubt it 'cause I suck at Spanish. Looks like Latin though so maybe someone else knows it.

this is what I have from looking through the first to lines and putting it in a translation website, in the perenthisies is multiple definitions in the greater then less then symbols in latin words I can not find
(breath, breathing / life / spirit)<spero> nature <nelhil>to break (back, provide for, respect, have regard for.) (after, behind) you (the state of being mortal/ death, a dying) you <esse> <memento>…(to cover, bury, conceal, hide, protect, shield.) (while, as long as, until) <anima><est> hope <dicitor>

The Other documents are based on Leonardo DaVinci's sketches & notebooks. He often wrote in his notebooks backwards, so that they could only be read in a mirror.

Rest in peace...
The play is over...
The fat lady has sung...
Death equals all things...
Death is everything's final limit...
Never despair!...
Not all of me will die...
It ain't over until it's over...
Everything changes, nothing perishes...
You have a big piece of spinach in your front teeth... :D
(Bottom)
While I breathe, I hope nature does nothing in vain...
Look around you, remember that you are mortal...
It is said that for a sick man, there is hope as long as there is life...
While we have the time, let us do good...
I am broken, I am not deflected...
Anything said in Latin sounds profound...
Get a life...
How fearful is this hour...
A precipice in front, wolves behind...
Be patient and tough; some day this pain will be useful to you...
For those in misery perhaps better things will follow...
We do not fear death, but the thought of death...
After the darkness, light...
You're from New York, aren't you?...
Royally screwed... :D
Huh, kinda wierd  ... Thoughts anyone?

Very interesting some of this may point to the fact that Pete is an avatar for a trickster spirit.
Partly this phrase makes me think of the Trickster god.
Not all of me will die...
It ain't over until it's over...
Everything changes, nothing perishes...
You have a big piece of spinach in your front teeth... :D
As this God has had many Avatars in the past, it will do so again in the future.
As everything changes, nothing perishes, meaning that new men will become the avatar but there will always be one as well.

Well after reading it a few times I am still confused, but I commend marvel for giving us something cool to ponder until the saga gets started..
Needless to say they have me intrigued!
